4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all supplied content (text, images, videos, logos, etc.) is legal and does not violate copyright.

  • Approve drafts, designs, and deliverables on time to avoid delays.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • You may not copy, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.

  • Completed projects will be transferred to the client only after full payment.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp API, WordPress, Hosting providers, Payment gateways, etc.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, errors, violations, or policy changes on these third-party platforms.

  • All third-party terms apply in addition to our own.

7. Marketing & Portfolio Usage

We may showcase completed work, websites, logos, ads, or campaign results in our portfolio or case studies unless the client specifically requests otherwise before project start.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for loss of revenue, profits, data, business reputation, or any indirect damages.

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, sales, or leads, as these depend on multiple external factors.

  • Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

9. User Accounts
