This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs how cancellations and refunds are handled for all services purchased through digitechmarketing.co.in.
1. Service Nature
We provide digital services, which involve planning, time investment, resource allocation, and execution.
Due to the nature of services, non-tangible deliverables cannot be returned once work has started.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Before Work Begins

If the client requests cancellation before the project work begins, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will be charged.

The remaining amount (if paid in advance) may be refunded.
2.2 After Work Has Started

Once work has started, no cancellation will be accepted because resources, time, tools, and workforce are already committed.
2.3 Ongoing Monthly Services
For SEO, Social Media Management, Ads Management, and similar monthly services:

Clients must notify cancellation 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

No cancellations will be accepted for the current billing month after work has been initiated.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No Refund After Service Start
Once the project or service has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3.2 Non-Refundable Payments
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Setup fees

Subscription-based service fees

Advertisement budgets paid to platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)

Domain, hosting, SSL purchase costs

Third-party tool or software charges

Customized development work
3.3 Exceptions (Only if Approved Internally)
Refund may be considered only in rare cases such as:

Duplicate payment by mistake

Payment made but the project has not started

Technical issues causing service delay from our side (case-by-case evaluation)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Project Delivery & Client Responsibility

The client must provide all required information, content, images, credentials, approvals, and feedback on time.

Any delay from the client’s side will not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
5. Quality Assurance
We ensure high-quality work, but results from marketing services (like leads, sales, ranking, engagement) depend on multiple external factors.
Therefore, no guarantee of specific results will be considered grounds for a refund.
6. Third-Party Charges
We use third-party services such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp API, hosting providers, etc.

Payments made for these platforms are non-refundable as they are controlled by the respective third-party entities.

Any issues on third-party platforms do not qualify for a refund from DigiTech Marketing Solution.
7. Project Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if the client:

Engages in rude, abusive, or unethical behavior

Violates terms and conditions

Fails to make payments on time
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
