At DigiTech Marketing Solution, we provide digital services such as Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, YouTube Promotion, Content Creation, Graphic Designing, Email/SMS Marketing, and other related services.
Since our services are digital and intangible, we do not deliver physical products.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your digital services will be delivered.


1. Nature of Delivery (Digital Services Only)

  • All services provided by DigiTech Marketing Solution are delivered digitally through email, WhatsApp, cloud storage, or client dashboards.

  • No physical shipment, courier, or postal delivery is required.


2. Service Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of service purchased:

Website Development / Designing

  • Initial layout or design preview: 3–7 business days

  • Final website delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on project size and client content submission.

SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, YouTube Promotion

  • These are monthly recurring services.

  • Work starts within 48 hours after payment and required details are received.

  • Reports and updates are delivered weekly or monthly, depending on the service plan.

Graphic Designing / Logo Designing / Content Creation

  • First draft delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Final delivery after revisions: 5–7 business days

Mobile App Development

  • Basic app delivery: 15–30 business days

  • Advanced/custom apps: Timeline provided separately in agreement.

Email / SMS Marketing

  • Campaign setup: 24–48 hours

  • Campaign execution: As per scheduled date & plan.


3. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure smooth delivery, the client must provide:

  • Required content (text, images, videos)

  • Business information & branding guidelines

  • Login credentials (hosting, domain, ad accounts, etc.)

  • Timely approvals & feedback

Any delay in providing these items will extend the delivery timeline. DigiTech Marketing Solution is not responsible for such delays.


4. Mode of Digital Delivery

Services and deliverables may be shared through:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Google Drive / Cloud Storage

  • Client dashboards

  • Project management tools (if applicable)

  • Live meetings or video calls (for demonstrations)

All delivered files will be accessible electronically.


5. Delivery Completion

A service is considered “delivered” when:

  • The agreed project items have been submitted electronically

  • The client receives access to the website, ads account, campaigns, creatives, or reports

  • Digital files (logo, graphics, content, etc.) have been sent in final format

After delivery, DigiTech Marketing Solution is not responsible for file loss or deletion caused by the client.


6. Third-Party Platforms

Some services involve third-party tools like:

  • Google Ads

  • Facebook/Meta Ads

  • WhatsApp API

  • Hosting providers

  • Domain providers

  • Email/SMS gateways

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime

  • Platform policy changes

  • Delayed updates or account reviews

  • Verification or approval delays

These timelines are controlled by the respective third-party platforms.


7. Project Changes & Additional Time

If the client requests revisions, new features, or additional services outside the original scope, delivery timelines will be extended.
Extra charges may apply depending on requested modifications.
